As part of this transformation, the township partnered with our team to design and deliver a state-of-the-art audiovisual system that supports the library’s mission to connect people through knowledge and technology. The Challenge The library needed a reliable, easy-to-use AV solution that could support everything from quiet study sessions to large community gatherings and hybrid public programs. Creating flexible spaces that could adapt to multiple event types and room layouts. Ensuring simple operation for staff and guests with minimal training. Delivering hybrid connectivity for remote participation in community event. Our Solution To meet these goals, our team implemented a scalable, network-based AV system centered on Extron technology for control, switching, and signal distribution. Extron Control & Switching – Centralized control system with intuitive wall touch panels, enabling one-touch operation for source selection, volume, and room presets. Audio System – Extron DTP Matrix switcher and MPA Amplifier with distributed SoundTube ceiling speakers and Shure wireless microphones providing clear, consistent sound coverage. Hybrid Collaboration – Integrated Biamp VBC conferencing cameras for Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings. Digital Signage – BrightSign players powering dynamic, centrally managed content throughout public areas. Accessibility – Assistive listening systems ensuring ADA compliance and inclusivity for all visitors The Results The new AV systems empower Maplewood Memorial Library to host a wider range of programs and experiences than ever before. NEW JERSEY RESOURCES PROFILE SUMMARY In the fast-paced business world, efficient and effective communication is crucial. New Jersey Resources (NJR) recognized the need to upgrade their audio-visual systems to enhance collaboration and communication within their organization. To achieve this goal, NJR contracted CTCI Technology as their Audio Visual Integrator for their facility located in Wall, NJ. Our recently completed project at NJR’s facility included a widespread installation of state-of-the-art audio-visual systems on the 3rd floor. This includes Huddle Rooms, Conference Rooms, Executive Offices, and select CEO & COO offices. Key features included wall-mounted Samsung displays ranging from 55″ to 98″, HDMI direct-to-display connectivity, and wireless and wired video presentations. Meeting capabilities were enhanced with New Poly studio video conferencing systems, bringing 4K cameras, speakers, and beam-forming microphone arrays into various meeting spaces. Further upgrades were made to the executive offices, leveraging existing displays and adding new Poly Studio R30 video conferencing systems. The CEO & COO offices received new 55″ Samsung displays along with advanced conferencing capabilities through Barco Clickshare and HDMI connections. This support included functionality tests on current systems, safeguarding existing displays, handling AV racks, and managing the removal and reinstallation of speakers, microphones, and cameras. Post-installation, all equipment was powered up and functionality was confirmed. KEY RESULTS & CONCLUSION CTCI Technology’s outstanding AV deployment for NJR has unveiled a multitude of impressive advantages. The enhanced departmental collaboration and streamlined integration of groundbreaking technology in key areas have been key outcomes.
