Project Overview
CTCI is delivering a comprehensive technology upgrade for Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation’s Jersey City office, covering AV/video conferencing, security, structured cabling, and sound masking across the space. The Empire Conference Room features a full Poly Codec video conferencing system with a 110″ display and two 75″ displays, three Poly E60 cameras, ceiling microphone arrays, wireless gooseneck and lavalier microphones, ten ceiling speakers, and dual QSC touch panel controls.
The CEO Office and several additional meeting rooms, ranging from huddle-sized to large conference rooms, were outfitted with all-in-one Poly video bar solutions paired with displays from 55″ up to 98″, each with a room scheduling panel outside the door for easy booking. A dedicated recording room and a large presentation room round out the AV package.
Beyond AV, CTCI implemented a full electronic access control and video surveillance system, built on the cloud-based Alta platform by Avigilon/Motorola, across 8 secured doors. The scope also included building out a new IT room with server cabinets and cable management, running structured horizontal cabling to nearly 200 outlet locations throughout the floor, and installing an office-wide sound masking system to enhance acoustic privacy and confidentiality in open work areas.
