Profile Summary
CTCI is delivering a comprehensive audiovisual transformation of Seton Hall University’s Walsh Library, converting it into a full-scale media production and collaboration hub. The project spans broadcast-grade recording studios, podcast and lightboard studios, a One-Button Studio, conference and consult rooms, and large-format presentation spaces — bringing professional production capability directly to students and faculty.
Project Overview
A total of 10+ spaces are being upgraded within Walsh Library. The centerpiece is a broadcast-grade Recording Production Studio and Control Room featuring a VizRT TriCaster production switcher, Sony cinema-line PTZ and full-frame cameras, Yamaha Dante audio infrastructure, and Clear-Com wireless intercom — giving students hands-on experience with industry-standard broadcast tools.
Adjacent spaces include a Podcast Studio with Huddly AI-tracking cameras and a Telos Axia broadcast mixing console, a Lightboard Studio built around a 55″ transparent OLED display, and a One-Button Studio for simplified self-serve video production.
Additional upgrades include Crestron- and Q-Sys-based conference and consult rooms, a Makerspace, a Genius Bar, and a large Whitebox Presentation Space featuring a 10K laser projector and multiple 86″ displays, all tied together with standardized AV-over-IP distribution and control.
