PRINCETON UNIVERSITY PROFILE SUMMARY We are actively upgrading classrooms across campus to meet the current standards set by the university AV services. These improvements include implementing state-of-the-art local presentation systems with integrated microphones for seamless in-room voice reinforcement, as well as offering robust remote learning functionality to ensure an exceptional educational experience for all.  PROJECT OVERVIEW A total of 8 rooms were updated in the summer of 2023. CTCI installed, configured, and programmed small, medium, and large classrooms to allow professors to display their lessons via wired and wireless sources to students inside and out of the room. An Extron control system allows users to adjust video routing, volume, camera position, and recording of lectures. Some rooms utilized the Extron MediaPort which allows users to use any soft conferencing application (Zoom, Teams, Webex) to create a remote learning environment. A 1Beyond auto-tracking camera system was installed in a staff training room to accurately track a speaker in any seat in the room. CITY OF CLIFTON, NJ PROFILE SUMMARY The Security Systems implementation for the City of Clifton encompassed a variety of disciplines, including wired and wireless infrastructure, access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection. CTCI completely rewired copper infrastructure supporting security systems at the Municipal Center and Police Department, and provided a physically separate Security Systems network including hardware. In addition, wireless point to multipoint connectivity was provided to seven Municipal Campus buildings to provide video surveillance in remote exterior locations. Access Control devices and Surveillance cameras were provided, as well as control system equipment and servers. CTCI furnished, installed, and configured these systems in order to provide the City of Clifton with a modern, scalable, enterprise level system; all living on the Genetec Security Center platform. CTCI also provided video monitoring for the City’s recycling center, and access control, video monitoring, and intrusion detection for the Police Gun Range, rounding out the base project. CTCI proudly continues to partner with its home city to provide electronic security solutions. In progress currently are video surveillance solutions for the city Recreation department, including several city parks and the Rec Center, as well as a 360-degree view of the Department of Public Works buildings and equipment yard. BELLEVILLE MUNICIPAL COURT PROFILE SUMMARY Informed citizens are the backbone of any democracy.  The COVID Pandemic shone a light on the importance of government effectively communicating with the constituency.  The pandemic also created new stress points because meetings could not or would not be attended in person by the citizens of Belleville. Belleville sought an Audio-Visual system that was flexible.  Their main town chambers were also used as the Municipal Court.  The system needed meet the needs of Council Meetings as well as Court proceedings. Belleville sought to simulcast the council meetings more effectively.  This would allow residents who could not or would not attend a meeting in person to see and hear what was being discussed.  The solution provided by CTCI enabled the Belleville to simulcast their meetings through the town’s website. HOBOKEN, NJ SUMMARY CTCI partnered with the city of Hoboken to enhance community safety by installing the Genetec Cloudrunner LPR Camera. This state-of-the-art license plate recognition (LPR) technology aims to reduce crime rates, track stolen vehicles, and combat illegal dumping, fostering a safer and cleaner environment. THE CHALLENGE Hoboken faced a growing number of criminal incidents, including vehicle thefts and illegal dumping. Traditional surveillance and law enforcement methods were slow in responding to these activities, resulting in delayed investigations and minimal deterrence. The city needed a proactive solution to tackle these challenges more efficiently SOLUTION CTCI installed the Genetec Cloudrunner LPR Camera in key areas around Hoboken. This advanced surveillance system allows law enforcement to identify and track vehicles involved in criminal activity in real-time. The Cloudrunner captures license plates with high accuracy, enabling officers to locate stolen or missing cars within minutes. Additionally, it provides critical information about flagged vehicles, allowing for faster decision-making and more efficient crime-solving. The system also combats illegal dumping by identifying the vehicles involved, helping authorities hold offenders accountable. By integrating Cloudrunner with other surveillance tools, Hoboken enhanced its multi-layered security approach, effectively deterring potential criminals aware of the camera presence. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to enhance collaboration, comfort, and creativity among its employees. To achieve this, CTCI was contracted to provide and install a comprehensive data solution that would support their vision and operational demands. THE CHALLENGE The primary challenge was to create a robust, high-performance data infrastructure capable of supporting the advanced technological needs of Gilead Sciences. This included ensuring reliable data cabling, security camera connectivity, efficient cable management, and sound masking to maintain a conducive working environment. PROJECT OVERVIEW CTCI’s 400,000′ of Commscope Cat 6A – data solution successfully met Gilead Sciences’ needs, delivering several key outcomes: Enhanced Connectivity: Reliable and high-speed data cabling infrastructure supporting seamless communication and data transfer across the facility. Improved Security: Robust cabling enabled efficient installation and operation of security cameras and access control systems. LEONIA MUNICIPAL PROFILE SUMMARY CTCI Technology successfully completed an extensive Audio Visual and Security Upgrade for Leonia Municipal. The project included upgrades in the courtroom, where an AV system was implemented with features including 2 cameras, several microphones and speakers, all controlled by a 1Beyond VX System. The company also upgraded six conference rooms with advanced AV and Video Conferencing technologies along with extensive IT work involving more than 125 Cat 6 data runs. The security upgrades involved a state-of-the-art Genetec Camera and Access Control System, including 7 CCTV Displays and over 40 security cameras. Additional security measures implemented included an intrusion system, multi-zone metal detector system, and access control for 34 doors. PROJECT OVERVIEW Various significant upgrades were also included under audio-visual enhancements. An array of displays was organized around the courtroom along with a custom control system, multiple wireless and wired connection options, and a host of other advanced features to improve the user experience. The completed project included upgrades in several other rooms and offices as well, all tailored to meet specific requirements and enhance functionality.
