BETMGM PROFILE SUMMARY Commercial Technology was awarded the contract to the provide IT, audio visual, and security fitout for BetMGM’s new headquarters in Jersey City, NJ. PROJECT OVERVIEW For the IT portion of the project we installed 56,000 feet of Commscope cabling across the floor, including 24 WAPs, and cabling for their on-site data center. Security provided a Genetec solution, integrating 14 Hanwha cameras and 9 secured doors. AV included conferencing systems for 9 huddle rooms, 5 medium conference rooms, 2 large conference rooms, a divisible flexible meeting space, and a training center utilizing Lenovo solutions. The highlight of the AV system is a VuWall powered video distribution network feeding a Traders Room with 9 LG displays, a town hall featuring two Epson projectors and Da-Lite screens, and a sports bar featuring a 30’ x 7’ Absen video wall. VALLEY BANK PROFILE SUMMARY CTCI led the comprehensive AV installation and Low Voltage cabling for the flagship headquarters of Valley Bank in Morristown, a sprawling six-floor new-build construction also featuring a retail space. Our expertise was applied in developing the primary MDF and an auxiliary IDF for each level. A fiber backbone riser cable was established for seamless communication between MDF and IDFs. Over 400,000 feet of premium CommScope Cat6 cable was utilized for this operation. The project highlights include a dynamic video wall at the main entrance, situated behind the security desk. Our optimized solutions were implemented across 17 Huddle Rooms, 5 Medium Conference Rooms, and 6 Large Conference rooms, which came equipped with advanced Poly solutions and high-quality Sony and Samsung displays. Furthermore, we outfitted a training room with state-of-the-art Samsung displays, Biamp DSP, Poly Codec, and Extron control system. A versatile Boardroom / MPR / Work Café was also created, featuring Samsung displays, Biamp DSP, Shure Microphones, Poly Codecs, Extron NAV Video routing, and Extron control system. The project was completed with Poly room schedulers for efficient space management.
